摘要
Ti O2掺杂改性已成为光催化材料的研究热点。从光催化材料的结构特点、能级结构、光生电子空穴对作用等方面介绍了Ti O2掺杂改性的作用机理,综述了近年来光催化掺杂改性途径的最新发展,并对Ti O2光催化材料掺杂改性研究的发展方向提出了建议。
Doped modification of titanium dioxide has become a hot dot for study of photo-catalystic material. In this article the mechanism of doped modification of titanium dioxide is summed up in terms of structural property, energetic level of photo-catalystic material and interaction of photo-generated electron and hole. The recent progress of methods of doped modification is reviewed. Proposal is given for progress of doped modification of photocatalystic ma- terial.
