摘要
我国刑法修正案存在修改频繁,罪名确定滞后、条款项表述欠清晰等问题,对此,需要采取措施进行改进,包括罪名确定与条文修正同时进行、对修正案条文进行编号、采用新的表述法等。
There exist many problems in the criminal amendments in China such as revising them frequently, determining accusation lagging and expressing article, paragraph and items not clearly. We should take some measures to improve them, including determining accusation and revising articles in the meantime, giving numbers to articles amended and adopting new expressive methods and so on.
