摘要
合作社的民主制度建立是实现农村合作社现代化的需要,也是近现代合作社发展的一个目标。我国现有农村合作社大多是从传统合作社改造过来的,历史发展遗留下的问题与现实改革突显出的矛盾,给合作社民主制度的发展造成了一些阻碍。发展我国农村合作社民主制度,不仅要完善合作社机制,而且要建立新的合作社理念。
The Modernization of rural cooperatives requires the establishment of democratic system,which is also the goal of the development of modem cooperatives.Most of the present cooperatives come from the traditional ones,and the contradictions between historical problems and the present reform hinder the development of democratic system.To develop democratic system not only needs a perfect cooperative mechanism,but also a new cooperative idea.
