摘要
行政垄断是指行政主体滥用行政权力排斥和限制市场竞争的行为,是我国市场经济体制建设过程中的一大障碍。文章对当前我国经济生活中行政垄断的本质、根源及其治理机制进行初步分析,试图为治理行政垄断寻找一种思路。
Administrative monopoly is the exclusion and limitation of competition as a result of the abuse of power by administrative staff. It is a major impediment to the construction of a socialist market economy and should be regulated by law. This article discusses the nature and origin of administrative monopoly and suggests a solution.
