摘要
国际非政府组织近年来蓬勃发展,在国际上和国内社会生活的各个方面发挥了积极作用。国际非政府组织这一新生的民间组织力量的合法性问题则引起国际国内社会的诸多争议。以何种方式使国际非政府组织具有合法性,是近些年学术界密切关注的焦点。
In recent years, the INGO has played very important part in public affairs of international and domestic affairs. The questions of how to regulate them and where to find the legitimacy of them have arisen in both international and domestic society. How and in what way to give the international non - governmental organizations legitimacy is the focus of the academic circle in recent years.
