摘要
目的:研究2型糖尿病患者凝血四项指标的变化,以探讨其与血管病变的关系。方法:选病史5年以上2型糖尿病患者48例,年龄38-78岁,本组糖尿病患者血糖控制不佳,均有血管并发症;相应年龄对照人群48例。分别测定血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT),纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血清空腹血糖(GLU)水平。结果:2型糖尿病患者的血浆FIB水平较健康对照组升高;APTT较正常对照组缩短。上述指标的变化与空腹血糖水平无关。结论:2型糖尿病患者存在凝血功能的紊乱,而凝血功能紊乱可能是导致患者血管并发症的重要原因之一。
Objective： To study the change of blood coagulation of the four indicators of type II diabetics and inquire into its relationship with the pathologic change of blood vessel. Methods： 48 type II diabetics with a history of more than 5 years illness （28 males, 20 females）, aged from 38 to 78 are observed. The blood sugar of the diabetics in this group cannot be well controlled. All of them have blood vessel complications compared with the control group （24 males, 24 females）. Plasma prothrombin time （PT）, activate part plasma prothrombin time （APTr）, prothrombin time （IT） ,fibrinogen （FIB） the level of fasting blood glucose （GLU） are tested separately. Results： The level of plasma FIB of type II diabetics has risen and APTI＇ has shortened compared with the control group.It has no relationship with fasting blood-glucose level （which mentioned the change）. Conclusion： Type II diabetics have blood coagulation function disorder. The blood coagulation function disorder may be one important cause leading to blood vessel complications of patients.
