摘要 通过室温下共混的方法制备出甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)和沉淀法白炭黑(SiO_2)的混炼胶,在150~180℃下实现混炼胶和低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)的熔融共混,制备出改性硅橡胶。研究结果表明,PE-LD 的加入可显著改变混炼胶的性能,随着 PE-LD 与混炼胶的质量比的增加,材料拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率和体积电阻率明显提高,但耐热老化性能下降,材料硬度增加。PE-LD 与混炼胶的质量比在30/100~40/100之间时,可获得综合性能优良的改性硅橡胶。 Precipitated silica was incorporated into methyl vinyl silicone (MVQ) using a twin roll miller at room temperature, and the compound was blended with low density polyethylene (PE-LD) between 150 ℃ and 180 ℃. The tensile strength, tear strength, Shore A hardness, and volume resistivity of the modified MVQ silicone rubber were improved with increasing content of PE-LD, while the heat resistance decreased. An optimal set of properties was obtained in the mass ratio of PE-LD to MVQ between 30/100 and 40/100.
