摘要
工程上对调节阀流向的选择存在误区,文章就此作了详尽的解释。并对“角型阀”运用调节阀流向的选择原则和CFD软件三维数值模拟作了分析,结果表明,从流向对阀使用性能的影响和阀内速度与压力的分布来看,选择流闭型要好一些。
There being an incorrect cognition on choice of control valve flow direction in the engineering circle, an elaborate explain pointing to this problem is presented. As far as an angle valve is concerned, tow ways, including principles listed and CFD software three - dimension numerical simulation, are applied to analyze its choice of flow direction. It is showed that flow direction making valve core shut is relatively reasonable by the study on flow direction' s influence on valve using performances and pressure and velocity distributing in valve.
