摘要
水资源是维持荒漠绿洲生态系统的决定因素,随着西北内陆河地区水土资源开发利用规模的扩展,多数河流水量锐减,水质恶化,植被退化,给该地区可持续发展带来了严重的影响。从内陆河地区水资源的条件入手,分析了水资源与人口、经济、生态环境、产业结构等方面的协调发展关系,指出应通过行政、经济、技术和法律等手段,处理好生态环境、经济发展与水资源条件的相互关系,提高水资源利用的整体效益。
Water resources are the determiner for keeping ecosystem of desert oasis.Along with the extension of water and land resources development and utilization of continental river regions in northwestern China,the quantity of water of majority rivers is suddenly dropped,water quality deteriorated and vegetation retrogressed,bringing severe influence to sustainable development of the region.The paper analyzes the relations of harmonized development between water resources and population,economy,ecological environment and industrial structure based on the conditions of water resources of continental river regions and points out to handle the interrelation of ecotop,economic development and water resources condition and increase the integrated benefits of water resources utilization through means of administration,economy,technology and law.
