摘要
目的探讨膀胱肌纤维母细胞瘤块的临床病理学特征及鉴别诊断。方法对2例膀胱肌纤维母细胞瘤块进行光镜观察和免疫组化标记。结果组织学由具有平滑肌细胞和纤维母细胞特征的梭形肿瘤细胞、大量慢性炎细胞及粘液血管样背景构成。免疫组化SMActin、desmin、vimentin呈阳性表达。结论膀胱肌纤维母细胞瘤块是一种罕见的肿瘤,熟悉其形态特征,对避免误诊具有重要意义。
Objective To study the clinical and pathological features and differential diagnosis of myofibroblastic tumours in the bladder. Methods Two cases of the myofibroblastic tumours in the bladder were investigated by light microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results Histolonic examination consisted of spindle ceUs.Chonieh inflammatory cells and myxoid background with delicate vaseulature, stain demonstrated actin,desmin and vimentin positivity; Conclusions The myofibroblastic turnours in the bladder is a rare variant. Recognizing its morphological is important to avoid confusion with other similar lesions
