摘要
从基于计算机领域信息系统评价的数字图书馆项目评价、基于数字资源与服务使用计量的数字图书馆评价、基于服务评价的数字图书馆评价三方面梳理和总结国外已有的数字图书馆评价实践,并从指标特征、指标内容、评价方法等方面分别对上述实践的特点做简要分析,以期对我国数字图书馆评价的实践与理论研究提供借鉴。
This paper organizes and summarizes the overseas practices of digital libraries evaluation in three aspects, the digital libraries evaluation practices based on the computer information system evaluation, the measurement of digital resources＆ services and the services evaluation as well, The paper analyzes the characteristics of the evaluation practices by the evaluating methods, the index feature and content and so forth,which will be referential for the research of theory and practice of Chinese digital libraries evaluation.
