摘要
采用N,N-二乙基间氨基苯酚为原料,合成出了一种香豆素类的红色光转换材料:3-二乙氨基-7-(2,4-二羟基酚)-6H,7H-[1]-苯并吡喃-[4,3-b]-[1]-苯并吡喃-6,10-二酮。用1HNMR,IR和元素分析对产物及中间体进行了表征。讨论了合成中间体7-二乙氨基-4-氯-3-甲醛基香豆素反应的影响因素,得出它的最佳反应条件:4-羟基香豆素:三氯氧磷=1∶2(mol);反应温度5℃;反应时间1h。研究了产物在乙醇溶液中的发光性质,结果表明,产物吸收534nm左右的绿光,发射632nm左右的红光,该波长与植物光合作用所需的红光区相吻合。
Beginning with N, N - diethyl - 3 - amino phenol, we synthesized a coumarin red photo - conversion materials: 3 - diethylamino - 7 - (2,4 - dihydroxy - phenyl ) - 6H, 7H - [ 1 ] - benzopyran - [ 4,3 - b] - [ 1 ] -benzopyran- 6,10- dione. The product and intermediate were characterized through 'H NMR, IR and elementary analysis. And the influence of the synthesis reaction of the key intermediate : 3 - formyl - 4 - chloro - 7 - diethylamino coumarin was discussed. The optimal reaction condition were : the mole ratio of 4 - hydroxy - 7 - diethylamimo coumarin to POCl3 is 1 : 22 ; the reaction temperature is 5℃ and the reaction time is i h. The product excitation peak is 534nm; emission peak is 632nm in ethanol solution. The wavelength was in the tally of red light region meet with plant photosynthesis.
