胎儿听力发育及对声音的感知和意义 被引量:7

摘要 人类胎儿在妊娠早期听觉系统的形态结构就已经形成,随妊娠进展逐步完善和成熟。妊娠中晚期胎儿能感知外界的声音并产生相应的反应。通过分析声音刺激后胎心率、胎动及中枢神经系统的反应,可以判断胎儿宫内发育状况,及时了解胎儿宫内安危以及胎儿智力发育情况,对优生优育具有重要意义。
