摘要
在介绍国外主要跨流域调水工程概况的基础上,总结了国外跨流域调水工程建设与管理的经验,提出了对我国南水北调中线工程建设与管理的几点启示:加强丹江口水库调度运用和对环境影响的研究;建立统一、高效的水资源管理体制;完善水资源管理政策法规体系;做好水利配套工程建设,提高水资源利用效益;注重多目标开发利用,充分发挥工程的综合效益。
Based on the introduction to the summaries of the main trans-boundary water diversion projects in foreign countries, this paper summarizes the construction and management experience of the projects, and presents some points as enlightment to the middle south-to-north water diversion in China.
