摘要
目的研究Vitapex根充糊剂与玻璃离子水门汀(GIC)联合修复磨牙髓室底穿孔的作用及临床疗效。方法将Vi-tapex作为垫底材料垫于穿孔下层,在其上充填GIC联合修复96例髓室底穿孔,1年后根据X线片和临床症状体征,评价Vi-tapex与GIC的联合治疗效果。结果96例中成功82例,失败14例,成功率为85.4%,医源性穿孔的修复成功率高于病理性穿孔(P<0.05),穿孔直径小的成功率高于穿孔直径大者(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex与GIC联合修复磨牙髓室底穿孔的临床疗效比较满意。
Objective To study the clinical effects of perforated molar pulps repaired by Vitapex ＋ GIC combination method. Methods 96 eases of perforated molar pulps were repaired by Vitapex combined with GIC, and the clinical effects of Vitapex ＋ GIC were evaluated by X ray and clinical symptoms 1 year after treatment. Results The success ratio was 85.5 %, the success ratio of perforated pulps caused by medical treatment was higher than that of the pathological perforations （ p 〈 0. 05）, and the success ratio of small pedorations was higher than that of the bigger ones （ p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Perforated molar pulp repaired by Vitapex ＋ GIC combination method had better clinical effects.
