摘要
按电站抽水-发电循环效益最大化,满足电力电量平衡条件,满足库容、发电出力及抽水功率等限制条件,建立了基于混合整数线性规划的抽水蓄能电站日运行优化模型,并将抽水蓄能电站的多日运行优化表达为基于日运行优化模型的多阶段优化决策过程,即抽水蓄能电站运行优化的动态规划模型。通过算例对算法及应用作了进一步说明。
Mathematical models are developed for the operation optimization of pumped storage power stations of daily operation optimization, which are based on mixed integer linear programming. Dynamic pro- gramming models for the operation optimization of pumped storage power stations in days are developed which making the operation optimization as the multistage decision processes which are based on the daily operation optimization of pumped storage power stations. The objective function of the models is to maximize the benefit which got from the pump and generation cycle of the stations, and associated with to meet the constraints: balances of electric power and energy; restrictions of reservoir capacity; restrictions of generating output and pump power. The models and the applications are illustrated by the case studies.
