摘要 基于遗传算法对某车载空—空中冷器进行了结构优化设计,完成了优化设计程序,得到了中冷器芯体结构的优化方案,使优化后的中冷器散热能力在理论上最大提高了19.3%。通过风洞试验对其进行验证,试验结果表明:尽管存在误差,但理论计算总体与试验结果吻合良好,为同类中冷器的优化提供了参考。 The structural optimal design of the intercooler used in vehicles is described based on the genetic algorithm. The program for the design is developed and the optimal scheme of the core configuration is obtained. The cooling capacity of the intercooler designed may enhance 19. 3% theoretically. Through the test in wind tunnel, the cooling capacity is validated. Results from the test agree with that from the calculation very well. The method can provide valuable references to the optimal design of the intercooler.
