摘要
为确保1000kV交流下带电作业的安全及运行维护的顺利开展,研究分析强电场对带电作业人员的影响及需采取的防护措施十分重要。通过11模拟杆塔试验,在国内首次对1000kV输电线路带电作业人员在地电位和等电位两种作业方式下的体表场强进行了测量,得到了带电作业时作业人员体表场强分布规律。试验结果表明,1000kV输电线路带电作业时,等电位作业人员头顶、手尖、脚尖部位体表场强均约2000kV/m;登塔作业人员应穿戴全套屏蔽服;等电位作业人员必须加戴屏蔽面罩,加戴屏蔽面罩后,等电位作业人员面部场强最高值为137kV/m,低于人体对工频电场的感知水平。
China is going to build UHV high voltage transmission as the core of network architecture. In order to ensure the safety of the live working and the facility of running and operation under the 1000 AC, It's very important to analyze the impact of a strong electric field on live working workers and the protective measures. It is the first time in the domestic to systemic measure the electric field intensity on human-body surface through 1 : 1 ratio scale simulated tower at earth working and potential working two operations for 1000kV AC transmission line, and the surface field distribution of live working person have been acquired. The results show that the surface electric field of the earth worker's head, hand-sharp and toe-sharp is about 2000 kV/m. The climbing worker should dress in the full set screening clothing, and the potential worker must wear screening helmet besides full set screening clothing at live working for 1000 kV AC transmission line, When wearing screening helmet, The maximum electric field intensity of live working people's face is 137kV/m, which is lower than the human perception of AC electric field. The results can give a technology support to the safety running and operation of the living work of 1000kV AC transmission line.
