摘要
水力增压器利用两工作腔活塞与柱塞面积之差,将输入低压转换为输出高压。增压器高压腔体为承受周期性环向高应力的厚壁筒,在超高压下缸价内径与柱塞外径应变值不同,从而形成工作间隙。分析了增压器高压腔体在工作中的受力与变形情况,给出了工作问隙的计算公式。以实例说明超高压条件下高压腔工作间隙的扩大趋势。认为应通过选择合适的配合等级来修正间隙值的变化。
By the area difference between the piston and the plunger in their respective working chambers, the hydraulic booster can transfer the input lower pressure into output high pressure. The high pressure cylinder of the booster is a thick wall barrel which can bear the high periodic circumferential stress. The working clearance is caused by the difference between the strain on the cylinder wall and that on theplunger surface under the condition of extra high pressure. By analyzing the force and deformation of the high pressure cylinder of the booster in operation, the authors present a formula for calculating the working clearance, illustrate with an example that it will be enlarged at extra high pressure and point out that the changes of the clearance should be compensated by selecting the suitable fit quality.
