海洛因依赖对大鼠伏隔核神经元单位放电的影响

摘要 目的:研究海洛因依赖对大鼠伏隔核(NAc)神经元单位放电的影响。方法:按逐日递增原则皮下注射海洛因建立海洛因依赖模型,对照组注射等量生理盐水。玻璃微电极细胞外记录海洛因依赖组和对照组大鼠伏隔核神经元单位放电。结果:海洛因依赖组大鼠伏隔核神经元单位放电以混合型为主,而对照组以单个不匀型放电为主,组间差异显著(P<0·05);海洛因依赖组大鼠伏隔核神经元单位放电的频率以中频放电为主,而对照组以低频放电为主,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:海洛因依赖使大鼠伏隔核神经元单位放电发生了改变。 Objective: To study the effect of heroin-dependence on the unit discharges of the nucleus accumbens speti (NAc)in rats. Methods: Heroin was injected hypodermically to rats according to the principle of daily increasing dose to establish heroin-dependent model. Saline of equal amount was administrated in control group. The unit discharges in NAc were observed by extraceUular recording with glass microelectrodes in rats of both dependent and control groups. Results: The NAc possesses three types of unit discharges: single irregular, cluster, and complex. Higher percentage of complex discharges was seen in dependent group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), while higher percentage of single irregular discharges was seen in control group than in dependent group( P 〈 0.05 ). The unit discharges in dependent group were primarily of middle frequency, while low frequency discharges were found mainly in the control group. Conclusion: Heroin dependence alters the distribution and frequencies of unit discharges in the NAc.
