摘要
妇女人权是当今社会各界关注的焦点,也是国际妇女运动的热点问题,更是构建和谐社会的重要内容。目前,我国妇女在政治权利、教育权利、劳动权利、人身权利和婚姻家庭权利中仍存在许多问题。只有通过完善立法、加强执法、严格司法等,男女两性才能真正实现基本权利的平等。
The issue of woman rights is one of the focuses in the academic world and other different circles of the present society. Moreover, It is also essential to the construction of a harmonious society. As for Chinese women, many problems remain unsolved in so many aspects as political rights, educational rights, individual rights, marital rights and fights in the family. Only by perfecting the legislation, intensifying the enforcement of the law, ensuring the judicial administration ,can men and women achieve the equality of the basic rights. And only by doing so,can people construct a harmonious socialistic society.
