摘要
将电动气阀的工作过程分为电动过程和气动过程,建立了两过程的动力学模型。分别对电动过程和气动过程的响应特性进行仿真,并与试验结果比较,验证了动力学模型的正确性。分析了控制气体压力、最大气隙以及工作电压等因素对电动过程的影响。
The action of the electropneumatic valve was divided into the electro motion and the pneumatic process. Dynamic models of these two processes were established. The response characteristic of the electro motion and the pneumatic process was simulated. Comparison with the cold test results showed that the dynamics models were correct. Effects of the pressure of control gas and voltage etc. on the electro motion are analyzed.
