摘要
本文结合美国经济增长与人才结合给我们的启示,分析了吉林省人才优势不能很好地转化为经济优势的根结,提出了吉林省人才优势向经济优势转化的对策。
With the illustration from combination of economic growth and talents of America, this paper arialyzes the reason why talents cannot contribute to economy growth in Jilin province, and puts forward the countermeasures.
