摘要
研究了从一个细胞所培养出来的Pectobacteriumphytophthorum某些菌落,并鉴定了不同毒力类型.在马铃薯块茎中细菌的无毒为类型是长期存在的.P.phytophorum潜育感染性的扩张在很大程度上取决于菌株的毒力.感染黑胫病块茎在冬春天贮藏期间,按毒力性产生了分离.在马铃薯的抗性品种块茎中低毒力菌株潜育类型感染往往能导致很大危害性.在高湿度和低温(2~5℃)的条件中,非抗性品种块茎中弱毒为类型的积累过程进行得特别有效.在冬春贮藏期间,非感病品种块茎中的潜育类型感染性能导致病程有效的发展,特别是在高湿条件下,在抗性品种的块茎中,病程发展速度很慢.
The named problem、black leg of potato is described. Some colonies cultured from Pectobacterium phytophthorum, a pathogenic bacteria have been researched and different toxicity types have also been decided. Non-toxicity type of P. phytophthorum in potato tuber exists in a long period. Development of P. phytophthorum incubation infection is decided by strain toxicity to great extent. When infected Black leg of potato tuber stored in spring and winter,it would be separated according to toxicity. In resistant variety potato tuber,low-toxicity strain incubation type can be quite harmful if it is infected. In high-humidity and low-temperature (2 ̄5℃ ),assembly process of low-toxicity type in susceptible varieties tuber was very effective. When it is stored in spring and winter,in susceptible varieties tuber,infection of incubative type can lead diseased process to effectively develop. Especially in high-humidity, in resistant varieties tuber, the process develops very slowly.
