摘要
目的:总结脂肪颗粒注射移植在面部美容外科中的应用经验。方法:采用湿性吸脂技术用注射器在适当负压下吸取供区脂肪颗粒,采取脂肪量为准备移植量的2倍,经离心或静置沉淀去除水及液化的脂肪后,作为软组织充填物用2ml注射器经耳后、发际内或口腔内注射孔将脂肪颗粒注射到眉间、额颞部、颊区和鼻唇沟等部位,以达到矫正凹陷畸形或美容的目的。结果:临床治疗218例,手术效果满意,无明显手术后并发症。结论:本手术方法简单,效果肯定,目前可作为用于面部充填的首选方法。
Objective To present a micro fat grafting for facial aesthetic surgery in a series of 218 patients. Methods Tumescent was infiltrated; for small cases the volume used was less than half the amount of expected fat to be harvested. Fat haversting was accomplished manually with a syring that allowed precise control of the vacuum. The fat was injected subcutaneously into the desired area for facial aesthetic surgery. Results Patient and physician satisfaction with the results was high. Approximately 40% to 60% of the fat grafted remains in the long term. Rate of complications is low. Conclusion This methods is suitable for the facial aesthetic surgery because of its simplicity and good results.
