摘要
研究生培养质量是研究生培养单位的工作重心,在总结多年研究生管理经验的基础上,提出从规范招生过程、加强培养过程质量监控、把好学位论文质量关、加强导师队伍建设这4个方面加强管理,将有助于提升科研院所的研究生培养质量。
Quality of graduate student training is a main work of graduate student training department. Based on summing up many - year experiences in management of graduate student, the authors put forward four points of management that should be strengthened： normalization of admissions process, quality monitoring of training process, controlling quality of dissertation and building of tutor team. This is helpful to improving quality of graduate student training in science and technology institutes.
