摘要
为培养具有创新能力的高素质会计人才,会计教育应进行怎样的改革。本文从人才培养模式结构要素分析入手,针对我国会计教育培养模式存在的问题,在教育主体、课程体系、培养方案、教学组织形式、评价体系等方面,构建了培养具有创新能力会计人才的模式,以满足社会对高素质会计人才的需求。
Accounting education should be informed, in order to cultivate high quality accounting talents with ability of innovation. Aiming at solving the problems existing in China＇s accounting education model, the paper firstly analyzes the elements of accounting education model, and then constructs the model of cultivating accounting talents with ability of innovation, which includes education subject, curriculum, education plan, organizational form of teaching, and appraising system, etc., so as to meet the need of the society for high quality accounting talents.
