摘要
[目的]探讨儿童急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)与人细小病毒B 19(HPVB 19)感染的关系.[方法]采用PCR方法对41例急性ITP患儿及40名健康儿童进行HPVB 19-DNA检测.[结果]41例急性ITP患儿中HPVB 19-DNA阳性者为16例,40例健康儿童中HPVB 19-DNA阳性者为4例,急性ITP患儿中HPVB 19-DNA阳性者明显多见于健康儿童.[结论]儿童急性ITP可能与HPVB 19感染有相关性.
OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（iTP） in children and human parvovirus（HPV） B 19 infection. METHODS Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect HPVB 19-DNA in 41 cases of acute ITP and 40 cases of health child. RESULTS 16 of 41 cases with ITP were HPVB 19-DNA positive, and 4 of 40 normal children were HPVB 19-DNA positive, there had significantly different between two groups. CONCLUSION The incidence of acute children ITP may be correlated with HPVB 19 infection.
