摘要
基于和谐理论研究企业创新项目推行过程中创新项目参与者所遇到的制约因素,提出了项目参与者制约因素理论模型,主要采用实证分析中的问卷研究方法,利用结构方程建模,讨论三个层级的参与者所遇到的不同制约因素以及三者之间的相互制约,对解决企业创新项目推行中人为因素所带来的困扰有借鉴意义.
It studies enterprise＇s constrained factor of participant of innovative project based on ＂ HeXie＂ management theory and puts forward constrained factor theoretical model, by using questionnaire and SEM, to discuss different factors and alternant impact of three participant level. The conclusion of this research is good for solving the puzzle produced by participant.
