摘要
通过对上海、浙江、北京、江西等地几百家公司高层管理人士的研究问卷调查,对隐性知识创新对核心竞争力形成的影响展开实证研究.结果表明,隐性知识创新对核心竞争力的形成有显著的正向影响.对企业界如何促进隐性知识创新提出了一些建议.
In recent years, according to many scholars' view, core competence is in essence the tacit knowledge. Then, does tacit knowledge creation have impact on the evolution of core competence? The current literature is mainly focused on qualitative analysis instead of quantitative analysis. In this paper, on the base of the questionnaire survey of hundreds of top managers mainly from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Bejing and Jiangxi, it carries out the empirical study on the relationship between tacit knowledge creation and the evolution of core competence. The result shows that tacit knowledge creation has significant impact on the evolution of core competence. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the enterprises to conduct tacit knowledge creation.
