摘要
以戊二醛作为交联剂,二氧化钛为掺杂剂对壳聚糖进行交联聚合改性,制备掺杂TiO2交联壳聚糖(TiO2-CCTS),利用IR、XRD对TiO2-CCTS表征,绘制吸附等温曲线,吸附等温曲线符合Freund lich方程式,即α=0.02C1/n。通过正交实验研究温度、染料浓度、时间、吸附剂用量等因素对TiO2-CCTS吸附茜素红、活性红的影响,结果表明,当茜素红浓度为40 mg/L,温度20℃,TiO2-CCTS用量为2.0 g,吸附时间30 m in,脱色率94.2%,CODC r去除率79%;当活性红浓度为40 mg/L,温度20℃,TiO2-CCTS用量为1.0 g,吸附时间10 m in,脱色率99.2%,CODC r去除率85%。
This article studied the crosslinking polymerization for chitosan with the glutaric dialdehyde as the crosslinking agent and the TiO2 as the doped. With the characterizations through IR and XRD. The uniform temperature adsorption curves of the alizarin red and vital red by doped TiO2 chitosans were fit to Freundlich equations ( a = 0.02 C^1/n ). The factors, such as temperatures, concentrations of dyes, times and amounts of adsorptions that affected the adsorptions of crosslinked chitosans to alizarin red and vital red were studied through the orthogonal experiments. The results indicated that, in the adsorption with crosslinked chitosan doping TiO2 to alizarin red, the decolorization rate is 94.2% and the removal rate of CODcr is 79% when the concentration of alizarin red is 40 mg/L, the temperature is 20℃, the adsorbent amount is 2.0 g, and the adsorption time is 30 min ; while in the adsorption with the same crosslinked chitosan to vital red,the decolorization rate is 99.2% and the removal rate of CODcr is 85% when the concentration of alizarin red is 40 mg/L, and the temperature is 20℃, and the adsorbent amount used is 1.0 g,and the adsorption time is 10 min.
