摘要
江西省自然保护区建设存在管理体系不够完善、管理体制不顺、经营主体不明确、保护与开发利用不协调、建设资金不足等问题,必须完善有关法律法规,明确经营主体,健全管理机构,协调保护与开发的关系,多渠道筹措资金,建立合理的利益分配制度,以促进全省保护区建设与发展。
To strengthen the nature reserve construction is the measure to change the forestry from the dynamic phase to ＂the phase of prevention being more than destruction＂. The paper veraciously analyzes some existing problem according to the situation of nature reserve of Jiangxi Province, and points out the development countermeasures against all nature reserves of Jiangxi Province.
