摘要
产业集群的形成与发展过程中,其影响因素是多方面、动态变化的。具体而言,自然资源对产业集群的影响将越来越小,而包括技术和人才、制度与文化在内的社会资源才是影响产业集群的重要因素。政府在产业集群发展不同阶段的政策会影响到产业集群的进一步发展,而宏观经济环境则是影响产业集群形成与发展的背景因素。
In the process of industry cluster＇ s formation and development, the factors which affect it are various and dynamic. Specially speaking, the influence to industry cluster which is affected by natural resources will be smaller. But social resources that in.elude technique, system and culture is the key factor which affects industry cluster; and the policies that the government implement in different stage affect industry cluster＇ s further development; and macroscopical economic circumstances is the background factor which affect industry cluster＇ formarion and development.
