摘要
目的 探讨Apofix内固定系统治疗创伤性寰枢椎不稳的临床效果。方法 回顾分析2002年6月至2006年4月共24例创伤性寰枢椎不稳患者行后路Apofix系统内固定。结果 经6～18个月随访，所有患者均达到骨性愈合，术后局部症状及脊髓功能均有不同程度的改善。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of treatments of traumatic unstablility of atlantoaxial patients by Apofix internal fixation system. Methods Twenty four cases traumatic unstablility of atlantoaxial patients from June 2002 to April 2006 were analyzed retrospectively and all patients were treated by Apofix internal fixation system. Results All the patients were followed after treatment from 6 months to 18 months and osseous healing was found for all the patients, and local symptoms and function of spinal cord have greatly improved. Conclusion Apofix internal fixation system is a stable and ideal method to traumatic unstablility of atlantoaxial patients,
