摘要
对入党积极分子的教育培养工作是党员发展工作的基础。在高等教育日益大众化的今天,做好广大高校入党积极分子的教育培养工作既是对广大申请入党人政治热情的保护,也是保证党员发展质量和数量的关键。在入党积极分子的教育培养过程中通过落实培养措施、强化过程培养和实践锻炼,对大学生入党积极分子端正入党动机、确立正确的人生观和价值观、明确奋斗目标、走向成熟起着重要的作用,是我党实践“三个代表”目标的根本。因此,探索对大学生入党积极分子教育培养的途径具有深远的现实意义和政治意义。
The education and training of the active applicants for CPC membership is the foundation of the party＇s recruitment. Nowadays, with the popularization of China＇s higher education, many university students and teachers are applying for CPC membership. To do this work well will not only protect their political enthusiasm, hut also guarantee the quality and quantity of the new CPC members. During the education and training, measures to be taken must be decided on, and emphases be put on the education process and practice training. Motives of student applicants are to be purified so that they have a correct outlook on life and values. By doing so, they will be fully aware of their goals and reach maturity rapidly. The education and training should be guided by ＂Three Represents＂ to secure a desirable effect.
