摘要
项目融资是一种新的融资方式,具有融资金额巨大,风险分担等特点,本文就现有房地产企业融资方式以及房地产项目融资模式作了详细综述。
AS a new mode, the main features of project financing mode includes ： gathering a lot of capital, sharing in risk. This thesis dwells on the financing resources of real estate development enterprises and real estate project financing modes.
