摘要
本文根据苏帕河区域构造的特点，结合历史上地震分布的特征，对该地区区域构造与地震的关系及区域稳定性进行了研究，为苏帕河流域水电工程区的安全可靠性提出了初步评价．
According to the characteristics of regional tectonization and the range of historical earthquakes took place along the Supahe River,the author studied both of the relation between the regional teconization and the earthquakes,and the regional stability. A preliminary evaluation is made for the safe reliability of Supahe River Hydropower Project area.
