摘要
随着经济的高速发展,电力供求形势日益紧张,传统的发电企业内部设备大修或更新的巨大资金需求压力、高额的财务费用负担,以及外部所面临的电煤价格上涨的压力,促使发电企业选择改制上市作为摆脱困境、谋求发展的道路。
With rapid economic development, the electric power supply situation has become more and more tense, the traditional electric power generation enterprise is faced to the tremendous pressures that the funds of the equipment overhaul or update , the huge financial costs, as well as the external pressures that coal price increasing, the electric power generation enterprise make choice of the access to capital market to discard difficulties and seek development.
