摘要
人类的发展与进步产生了对治疗疾病、保护健康的需求,致使人类健康事业随着科学技术的发展而不断进步。然而,在医疗技术进步造福人类、促进健康的同时,也会因人类认识的某种局限性、医疗技术发展中的不完善性、个别使用者因违反伦理道德而滥用医疗技术成果等,造成对人类健康产生负面影响甚至威胁到人类的生存权力。叙述了医疗技术进步与人类健康的辨证关系,并对如何避免医疗技术进步对人类健康的负面影响进行了探讨。
The human development and progress lead to the need for treating human diseases and protecting human health, which further facilitate the continuous development and progress of human health career. Nevertheless, in the time of benefiting human and promoting human health, the medical technology may bring about the negative impact for human health and even threaten the basic human right for survival, due to the reasons such as the limit of human knowledge to health, the faultiness of the development of medical technology, and several technology users disobey the ethnical rules and misuse the medical technology achievements. The article discussed the relations between the medical technology improvement and human health, and put forward the solutions to avoid the negative impact induced by the improved medical technology.
