摘要
目的研究杜仲红景天胶囊对脑缺血的保护作用,为其治疗脑缺血提供药理学依据。方法采用三氯化铁致大脑中动脉血栓形成(MCAO)大鼠模型,观察杜仲红景天胶囊对缺血性中风的保护作用;采用双侧颈总动脉结扎大鼠模型观察杜仲红景天胶囊对脑毛细血管通透性的影响。结果杜仲红景天胶囊能改善MCAO大鼠神经症状、降低脑梗死比、减轻脑水肿,还能增加缺血区脑组织血流量,降低双侧颈总动脉结扎大鼠脑毛细血管通透性。结论杜仲红景天胶囊对脑缺血有较好的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of Duzhong Hongjingtian Capsule （DHC） on cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods Thrombotic ischemia and middle cerebral artery occlusion （MCAO） induced by FeCl3 in rats was used to observe the protective effect of DHC on ischemia stroke, and common carotid artery occlusion （CCAO） rats was used to analyze the effect of DHC on blood brain barrier （BBB） permeability. Results DHC could improve the abnormal behavior of MCAO rats and decrease the infarction area and water content in the brain of MCAO rats. DHC could also improve the cerebral blood flow on MCAO rats and significantly reduce the permeability for evans＇ blue （EB） of CCAO rats. Conclusions DHC can protect the brain ischemic iniury.
