摘要
高校是推进人文社会科学繁荣发展的主阵地。理工科高校应充分发挥自身优势,加强文科科研,确立新的目标,构建新的平台,大力推进文科科研管理的发展与创新。
Colleges and universities are the main land to develop advancing liberal arts science. It＇s necessary for science and engineering institutions of higher leaning to elaborate their superiority, enhance liberal arts scientific research, formulate new target, constitute new platform, promote the development and innovation of liberal arts scientific research administration.
