摘要
在硫酸介质中用乙醚提取食品中的甜蜜素,样品溶液的吸光度在一定范围内与甜蜜素的含量有线性关系,建立了测定甜蜜素的新方法。该法最大吸收波长为209nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.29×103L·mol-·1cm-1,甜蜜素浓度在0~0.7g/L范围内符合比耳定律,最小检出限为0.04g/L,相对标准偏差为2.84%~3.46%,回收率为90.0%~102.8%。
It is found that in sulfuric acid medium, when extracting sodium cyclamate in food by diethyl ether, the absorbance of samples is linear to the amount of sodium cyclamate present in a certain rartge. Based on these facts, a new ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the detemaination of sodium cyclamate is proposed in this paper .The absorpttive maximum lies at 2Ognm with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.29×10^3 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range from 0 to 0.7g/L, the detection limit of this method is 0.04g/L and the relative standard deviation is 2.84%-3.46%. Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range of 90.0%-102.8%.
