乳腺癌保乳治疗现状及进展

摘要 随着现代科技的不断发展和肿瘤治疗理念的不断更新,以保乳+放疗的(BCT)治疗和以高强度聚焦超声、射频消融及微波、冷冻治疗技术等为代表的乳腺癌原发肿瘤的微创或无创治疗,以前哨淋巴结活检及腔镜技术替代常规腋淋巴结清扫术为代表的乳腺癌腋淋巴结转移灶的微创治疗正在迅速开展,有望实现早期乳腺癌的微创乃至无创保乳手术。作者采集国内外多家文献报道并集成此综述,旨在向省内同道介绍乳腺癌保乳微创治疗思路、方法及进展,以利在省内推广之。
