摘要
针对天丝A100纤维的特性,阐述了其染整加工工艺,并就染整加工常见问题提出了相应解决方案。包括简单、缓和的煮漂一浴法前处理;双活性或多活性基活性染料浸渍染色;中性皂洗剂去除浮色;酶处理去除表面毛球;以及上柔软剂改善手感等。
Based on special characteristics of Tencel A 100, wet processing is carried out, such as simple scouring, gentle scouring and bleaching in one bath, exhaust dyeing with bi-or multi functional reactive dyes, unfixed dye removal with neutral soaping agent, fluffy removal with enzyme, as well as softening to enhance handle. Problems in production and the solving methods are put forward.
