摘要
采用负载钛催化体系合成了全同聚1-丁烯(iPB)。结构表征和性能测试表明,iPB的熔点为127℃,结晶度为56%;它在结晶过程中伴随着晶型的转变,易于结晶,形成的球晶半径达70μm;其物理性能基本达到了聚1-丁烯热水管专用树脂的要求。
Isotactic 1-polybutylene (/PB) was synthesized with supported titanium catalyst system. The structural characterization and performance tests show that iPB has a melt temperature of 127 ℃ and a crystallinity of 56%. iPB is prone to crystallizing as the transition of crystalline form occurs during the process of crystallization, The radius of the spherulite of IPB so formed reaches 70 μm. The physical properties of the resultant polymer substantially satisfy the requirements of iPB speciality resin for hot water pipe.
