摘要
通过对丁集煤矿煤层突出危险性分析,研究确定了井筒穿过具有突出危险性煤层时通过地面预注浆进行固化煤层,降低煤层的孔隙率和瓦斯放散初速度,提高煤体强度,使煤体不具有突出危险性,再用远距离震动放炮方法安全快速揭开煤层。
With the analysis on outburst danger of seams in Dingji Mine, a pre-grouting at the surface to consolidate the seam was studied and adopted when the mine shaft sinking operation through the dangerous seam with potential outburst. The pre-grouting could reduce the porosity rate and the gas releasing speed and could improve the seam strength. Therefore the seam would not have the danger of outburst. With the remote vibration shot, the seam could be safely and rapidly opened.
