摘要
分析了护工护理工作过程中可能引发的一些问题及伦理冲突,如护工职责与工作范围不清、护理知识的缺乏与护理伦理的冲突、护工素质的参差不齐与道德的冲突、护工和患者之间的伦理冲突等;提出了改善的具体措施,如健全护工管理制度提高服务质量、加强护工知识培训提高护理水平、加强护工伦理道德教育提高职业素质、加强心理素质培养搞好护工和患者的关系、尊重护工的人格与权力实行人性化管理等。
With the economic development, higher life standards and pressures of people are more and more intensive. This makes it more difficult more one -child families, working for the family members to nurse the patient themselves. Thus, a special occupation occurs, that is clinical nursing worker. Although clinical nursing workers make it very convenient for the patients and their family members, some ethical and moral conflicts may be caused. So hospitals must take measures. At first, some ethical and moral conflicts are analyzed which may be caused during clinical nursing work, such as. duty of clinical nursing work, shortage of the knowledge of clinical nursing work, professional quality of clinical nursing workers, ethical conflicts between patients and clinical nursing workers, etc. Some measurets are put forward: normality of management of clinical nursing workers, improvement of service quality, training of medical care for clinical nursing workers, strengthening of professional morality education, improvement of relationship between patients and clinical nursing workers, etc. This can promote the development of clinical nursing work.
