摘要
目的评估MRI对口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结转移早期诊断价值。方法口腔鳞癌病例48例术前行MRI检查及临床触诊,术后行病理检查。结果MRI对本组口腔癌病例颈部淋巴结转移情况检查的敏感率、特异率及准确率均高于临床触诊。结论MRI对口腔癌颈淋巴转移的术前评估具有较高的诊断价值。
This study was conducted to evaluated MRI in the early-stage-diagnosis of cervical lymph node metastasis of oral carcinoma. Methods 48 cases of oral cancer were involved in this study. Clinical palpation and MRI was done preoperatively and pathology diagnosis postoperatively. Results The sensitivity, distinctivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of cervical metastasis with MRI are all higher than those of the clinical palpation. Conclusion MNI was highly valued in the early-stage-diagnosis of the cervical lymph node metastasis of oral carcinoma.
