摘要
中国农民数量众多,农村住宅建设量庞大,其能源物质消耗巨大。本文根据建筑的可持续理论,将农村住宅的能源和物质消耗进行了全寿命系统的分析,阐述了在农村住宅从规划设计到建造过程中所应采取的策略和应考虑的重点问题,从而达到对自然资源充分使用的目的。在文章的最后,以部分实践作为案例,简要分析了这些策略的可实施性。
Numerous peasants of China require a large quantity of rural housing construction and cause a huge amount of energy and material consumption. By architectural sustainable theory and with practical example, this paper analyzes the resources consumption of rurul housing in its life cycle and for making full use of natural resources, it expounds the tactics and main problems from housing design to construction.
