摘要
目的观察甲状腺功能减退症女性患者腰椎和髋部骨密度的变化。方法双能X线骨密度仪测定104例甲状腺功能减退症女性患者和123例健康女性的腰椎和髋部骨密度,并对两组测量结果进行分析。结果甲状腺功能减退症女性患者与健康女性腰椎和髋部骨密度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺功能减退女性患者与正常女性的骨密度相似。
[Objective] To investigate the changes of bone mineral density （BMD） in female patients with hypothyroidism. [Methods] BMD of hip and lumbar vertebrae were measured by DEXA in the patients （n =104. aged 20-68） and in healthy subjects （n =123, aged 20-69）. The BMDs of the patients were compared with those of agematched control group. [Results] The BMDs of hip and lumbar vertebrae in patients with hypothyroidism had no significant differenee, eompared with those of control group （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] BMDs in female patients with hypothyroidism is simirar with BMDs in normal females.
